1946 Established Cotec and later became Eugene Schmidt&t Co., acronym ESCO.
1958-1964 In Germany, France and the Netherlands began to set up subsidiaries.
1966 Started production of CST gear couplings
1973 Production of high speed couplings for turbines
1974 Established Esco Manufacturing Plant
1976 Started production of FST couplings
1977 Gear couplings have been used in a wide range of applications, such as steel mills and canning machinery.
1978 Participated in the construction of natural gas pipelines from Siberia to Western Europe, and began cooperation with General Electric of the United States.
1984 Participated in the cooperation between Renault and F1 racing.
Production of Escodisc couplings began in 1986. This product is designed with unlimited life, maintenance-free and lubrication-free concept.
The 1990 FTR coupling began the double-decker train for ALSTOM, which was followed by subway and high-speed trains.
1991 High-speed, high-performance ESCO couplings began to be used in ALSTOM's large steam turbines (France).
1995 ISO 9001 certified.

2002 production plant in Brussels is updated
Developed Escodisc  coupling for wind power generation equipment in 2003 (the only product with EIOS torque overload protection system)
2005 ESCO coupling started operation as an independent company
2007 ESCO Coupling (India) Co., Ltd. was established
In June 2011, Esco Coupling (Jinan) Ltd. was established in China and was officially established in March 2012.
